Hope Christian Reformed Church in Thunder Bay is excited to invite applications for a full-time Family Ministry Pastor. This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to shape and grow a vibrant, Christ-centered ministry for children, youth, and young adults. The successful candidate will provide vision and leadership to build on existing ministries while developing new, sustainable rhythms that foster spiritual growth, authentic community, and meaningful outreach.

Working closely with the Lead Pastor and a dedicated team of volunteers, the Family Ministry Pastor will oversee programming, equip and encourage leaders, and implement biblically grounded, Reformed curriculum. This role also includes supporting parents as primary faith-formers and helping integrate the next generation into the broader life of the church.
